Iron Yard Shows Whether Your Pipeline Still Matches Your Best Customer

ICP Fit charts open, won and lost deals against six real dimensions of your ideal customer — and now runs on the exact same scoring engine as Deal Health, so the two views can never disagree.

Iron Yard today announced that ICP Fit has moved from an early view to a fully live feature, sharing its underlying rule engine with Deal Health for the first time.

"It's one thing to know your ideal customer in your head. It's another to catch the pipeline quietly drifting away from them a quarter before you'd have noticed on your own. That's the whole point of this view."

A radar chart plots open, won and lost deals across six dimensions — deal size, company size, deal type, source, location and industry — over three rolling time windows, so a founder can see not just whether the pipeline fits today, but whether the fit is trending better or drifting worse.

Because ICP Fit now runs on the identical rule engine that powers Deal Health's qualification scoring, the two views can never quietly contradict each other — a deal that scores well on one can't score poorly on the other for reasons nobody can explain.

The drift timeline is the real addition: rather than a single snapshot, it's now possible to see whether this quarter's winning profile looks like last quarter's, or whether the business is unknowingly chasing a different kind of customer than the one it built the product for.
