Iron Yard Ships Pipeline Velocity and Targets — No Spreadsheet Required

Win rate, cycle time, deal size and quota progress, computed continuously across every rep and every pipeline, with AI commentary on the gap between plan and actuals.

Iron Yard today announced Pipeline Intelligence, a pair of views that answer the question every founder actually asks: are we going to hit the number?

"Every founder I've talked to has built the same spreadsheet at some point — win rate, cycle time, target versus actual — and then watched it go stale within a week. We built the thing that updates itself."

Stage mapping — set once, never again

Pipeline Velocity tracks win rate, cycle time, average deal size and projection against plan across every deal, every rep, and every pipeline — overlaid with a deal-health heat map so a founder can see at a glance where the pipeline is genuinely moving and where it just looks like it is. Targets sets income and quota goals per rep once, then tracks the gap to that number every day, with AI-generated commentary explaining what's actually driving it.

Both views run on the same stage-mapping engine, which plugs a customer's own CRM pipeline into Iron Yard's canonical stages once and never again. A renamed stage is absorbed silently, an added stage prompts a gentle review, and a deleted stage is flagged for attention — the pipeline stays exactly as the founder built it, never the other way round.

Deal-scope filters — probability cutoff, which pipelines count, which owners count — are enforced identically here as everywhere else in the platform, so the numbers in Pipeline Velocity always agree with what a rep sees on their own deal list.
